Taking Back Our Sexuality

About this Podcast:

Carah Burrell joins Natasha on this episode to discuss her journey.

Guided by her passion for history, healing, and post-Mormon community building, Carah seeks to carry on the torch of intellectual curiosity and open-minded exploration with humor. Married for 15 years, daughter of converts, and mom of three, Carah Burrell is not just breaking away from the confines of her past but is also crafting a narrative of resilience, growth, and empowerment.

About the Guest:

Carah Burrell AKA NuanceHoe spent 30 years in the Mormon church and several years living in the not-so-Mormon world of stand-up comedy. Both have aided her success in the post-Mormon commentary sphere on TikTok and co-hosting alongside John Dehlin at Mormon Stories, contributing to a broader dialogue about the challenges and triumphs of leaving religious structures. In September 2023, Carah launched her non-profit The Nuance Hug Foundation, and her podcast The Mormon History Hoedown.
