Challenges Lesbian and Queer Folks Face in the LDS Church

About this Podcast:

The latest episode of The Natasha Helfer Podcast featured an insightful conversation with Sally Osborne on the challenges that lesbians and queer folks face within the LDS church. Listen as Natasha and Sal dive deep into these topics and explore ways to create a more inclusive and understanding community.

About the Guest:

Sally is a queer Ex-Mormon life coach at Symmetry Counseling. After being raised in the LDS church, getting married young and having 3 kids, she experienced a faith transition and realized she was gay. Navigating these transitions and doing her own work has positioned her to be able to help people going through similar challenges. She runs bi-annual healing retreats with her wife, Lena, and is also a certified yoga, meditation and breathwork guide. When she's not coaching, you can find her outside having adventures with her wife and 7 young kids. They live in Laguna Hills, California.

This podcast addresses many topics around mental health and sexuality and may not be suitable for minors. Some topics may elicit a trigger or emotional response so care for yourself accordingly.
