Trisha also works with clients struggling with body image, weight loss, and relationship with food. She has several years of experience helping clients recognize the connection between nutrition and mental health.

Trisha is certified under Precision Nutrition, NCI Certified, and an ICF Certified life coach. Trisha is passionate about the outdoors, yoga, sunshine, and her family.
