About the Guest:

Sara Rands is an associate clinical mental health counselor working for Symmetry Counseling, specializing in existential therapy and the Mormon faith transition community. Before becoming a therapist, she was a homeschooling, bread-baking stay-at-home mom, a cancer survivor, and a software engineer. She holds a master's degree in counseling from Northwestern University, as well as bachelor's degrees in English from Brigham Young University and computer science from Utah Valley University. She is a married mother of four young adults.
