I am so excited to announce "The Natasha Helfer Podcast". It is all about sex, religion and everything in between.

I will be moving away the Mormon Sex Info Podcast to the Natasha Helfer Podcast so I can be less stymied in the topics I want to cover. I'm really proud of the work I put into MSI, the mission I had to offer evidence-based education to my faith-based community and the caliber of guests who came on the show, and all of the amazing content is still available.

I plan on doing the same and more on the Natasha Helfer Podcast...same great content with a new name!

Natasha is the owner and founder of Symmetry Solutions. She is a Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist in the states of Kansas and Wisconsin and a Certified Sex Therapist. Natasha has been in practice for over 20 years and works with adults and adolescents. She specializes in mental health therapy, sex therapy and sexuality concerns, family and couples services, and faith transitions within spiritual journeys.
